We have been consistently impressed with the quality of all professional services provided to us by Suzanne over the years since our very first venture with the My Benefit Advisor team in 2016. As a relatively small employer running a 7x24 hour business operating in PA and NJ, and with limited internal resources, she has always been responsive to our questions and requests in a timely and friendly caring manner. We are very grateful to her commitment to us, and the My Benefit Advisor team, for making our health care insurance administration process something that we don't need to worry about from month-to- month or year-to-year.

I started with my organization in November, 2021 and our benefit policy year renews 3/1/22. For the last 2-3 months, Suzanne, my staff member, and I have been in the weeds with our policy renewal and preparation for Open Enrollment. We’ve had to recalibrate and adjust a lot of things related to benefits during the last few months. Suzanne has been extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent with each topic that we have addressed. It has led us to having a successful Open Enrollment as well as positive momentum for our new plan year.

I recognize that we’ve asked Suzanne to have a lot of phone calls, meetings, and emails during this process. She has delivered high-level customer service and a necessary ‘calm’ throughout.

In short, we could not have done what we needed to do without Suzanne.
